India's renowned real estate developer selects Parablu for securing critical data and managing endpoint backup via the solution partner, Softline India.
Parablu, a global leader in secure data management solutions, announced today that Bengaluru-based Embassy Group, one of India's foremost luxury real estate developers, has chosen Parablu's secure data management solution to take control of enterprise-critical data and ensure safe backup and recovery.
Embassy Group's selection of Parablu as their endpoint backup solution came as a result of Embassy's engagement with Softline India, part of the 1Bn USD Softline Group, who have helped Embassy successfully migrate to Microsoft Office 365 and ensured successful deployment of all subscribed components.
With Softline India's in-depth assessment and after an extensive trial, the real estate firm selected Parablu's BluVault to protect dispersed endpoints and to ensure safe and efficient data backup and recovery using their OneDrive storage subscriptions.
Parablu's solution adds value to the simplicity, elasticity, and cost-effectiveness of the public cloud by enhancing security, privacy, and control over the data in the cloud, resulting in added value and lowered TCO for enterprises.
"Parablu's unique approach to endpoint backup, which can leverage end-user cloud storage subscriptions, is a real game-changer," said Dr. Batheiah, Chief Information Officer, Embassy Group. "At Embassy, we are constantly evolving to keep pace with new technologies. With Parablu's BluVault, we now have an enterprise-class endpoint data protection solution, handling users in multiple locations with centralized management and visibility. Most of all, we're able to leverage our investment in Microsoft Office 365, by having Parablu utilize the OneDrive for Business storage allocations, as a secure backup repository."
"The real estate industry depends heavily on data, and digitization has helped to convert a lot of what was traditionally physical data into digital copies. Digital transformation is now taking that a step further as a lot of this data gets migrated into the cloud," said Anand Prahlad, CEO & President, Parablu. "Parablu's unique solutions help companies like the Embassy Group leverage the cloud safely and securely for data protection while helping reduce their investment in storage."
"Harnessing technology to the fullest has been the hallmark of Softline's go-to-market initiatives in India. With our exclusive tie-up with Parablu, we have been able to utilize the immense capabilities of the Microsoft collaboration platform whilst offering the customer an added advantage of securing their data. Embassy has been on the forefront of adapting these technologies and we are delighted to play our part in their initiatives," said Vinod Nair, managing Director, Softline India.
